This four storey terraced office space was stripped back to its shell and transformed into 2 flats with a basement / two storey extension. With bespoke kitchens and joinery, air source heat pumps, underfloor heating throughout and a sharp eye on the finished detail, we've created two thoroughly modern dwellings.

With no architect attached to this project from the start of the build we assumed full project management responsibilities. Though working through the COVID pandemic was a serious challenge, with a very positive client relationship we've delivered to a standard all involved are hugely proud of.
