OLD BREWERY MEWS II
Based on the success of our previous project in the same road we were invited to tender for the contract to completely refurbish this mews house. The whole of the roof was removed and raised to allow for a fully functioning bedroom / ensuite on the top floor.
It was also extended to convert a previous terrace into interior space. 3 new bathrooms including 2 wet rooms were installed, as well as a bespoke new kitchen and underfloor heating throughout the ground floor.
Extensive use of LED lighting with movement and light sensitive switching were installed in the bathrooms to gave a more subtle ambience. Bespoke joinery in each room gave the finish a fully integrated feel.
